Return & Refund Policy

  1. Returns:

 

  • If you need to return the product, please contact our customer service(support@benehorti.com)
  • We accept returns for no reason within 7 days after you sign for the item
  • More than 7 days can be returned within 30 days by requesting our customer support(support@benehorti.com)
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

 

  1. Refunds:

 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 business days. (We will agree to refund the same day after receiving the goods) If you do not receive it within 5 days, please contact the payment channel (PayPal, Visa, Master).

 

  1. Exchanges:

 

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return and place a new order separately. 

 

  1. Return Shipping:

 

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • We recommend that you choose UPS, FedEx, U.S. mail, or other standard shipping method for the return shipping method

 

  1. Damaged or Defective Items:

 

We take great care in packaging and ensuring that your order reaches you in good condition. In the event of a lost or damaged package, please contact our customer support (Benehorti Chat or support@benehorti.com) within 7 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

 

  1. Non-Returnable Items:

 

Customized or personalized items may also be non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.

Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
